Your website agreement

Up to 8 pages of website design
Account Manager assigned to project for implementation and seamless communication
Functions and features, including: Interactive Map, Donations, and Calendars
Up to 5 pages of copywriting
12 months of hosting, edits, service, and support
$4,200 one-time fee

What is covered by ACADV and what will I be paying for?
ACADV has covered the initial fee for 8-page website design. Each organization’s fee will cover the implementation of the website, copywriting, hosting, and ongoing website support.
What kind of functions and features can be included on my website?
Safety exit, events calendar, interactive map, contact forms.
What if I need additional website pages for my website?
We’re happy to discuss the most cost-effective way to get all of your information on the website within the 8-page allotment. If you still need additional pages, those may be purchased at $300 per additional page.
What is the fee for hosting and maintenance after 12 months?
Your first 12 months of service have been taken care of by ACADV. After the first year, you can enroll in our Website Care Plan at $125/month (or $1,500 annually). Website Care Plan will include website hosting, support, reporting, security measures, and unlimited content edits and updates.
We will open up the project queue beginning October 2023. After submitting your information, our team will be in touch with you to schedule your onboarding meeting and get started on your website!
