Nikki once said she has a love for organization, structure, and logic. Business owners, if you ever find someone who says that, make them your Director of Operations immediately. Nikki’s thoughtful mind and high-level perspective means RCD is always getting better. She makes our systems more efficient every day, minimizing costs and supporting the team so we can create even more incredible marketing for our clients. Although Nikki’s role is behind the scenes, her work is invaluable.

Nikki applies the same organized approach to downtime as she does 9-5. Her packed weekend schedule typically includes wedding photography, camping, grilling/cooking, and kayaking.
