Rock City Digital is digital marketing agency based in Little Rock, AR. Working exclusively with local, service-based businesses, we’re known for our award-winning culture, collaborative team, and a no-drama, high-performance work environment. Our mission is simple: do great work, with great people, yielding great results for our clients.
We offer competitive pay, generous benefits, and a true work-life balance—including 20 days PTO, half-day Fridays, 401(k) match, health insurance, and profit sharing.
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to lead our Social Media team and oversee client strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This allows you to focus on client relationships, strategy, content ideas, timelines, and quality control, while knowing the operational details are getting handled.
This is a client-facing role that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves to stay organized, and knows how to keep creative teams focused and on schedule.

- Provide clear and productive feedback on messaging, copy, and visuals.
- Monitor social media trends and share insights with your team.

“Our goal is to hire the smartest people in the business and let them do their thing! We believe that work-life balance, autonomy, and freedom provide an amazing place to work but the only way to truly offer that is by hiring the right people. People who are action-oriented and will tackle problems head-on when they find them, people who operate with a growth mindset by always staying curious and willing to grow and change, people who are intentional with their time, and people who are true team players. We believe this is our winning formula for creating not only a fun work environment but also one that respects you as the adult that you are. If this sounds like you, you may want to apply!” – Kait Hill, Owner

“Working at Rock City Digital has been an amazing experience, especially as the first international team member. From the start, I felt welcomed and valued, even while working remotely. They truly listen to my ideas and suggestions, and I love how open they are to trying new things. One thing I really appreciate is the “pat-on-the-back” recognition, where you’re acknowledged for aligning with the company’s core values. It’s such a great feeling and motivates me to do my best. The team is super supportive and always encourages me to grow and improve. The company culture is amazing! Plus, there are fun perks that make working here even better. The best part is the fun and talented colleagues. I’m lucky to work with such great people who make every day enjoyable. Even meetings, which can sometimes be boring, are actually fun at RCD. Even though I’m far away, I never feel disconnected from the team. I’m so glad to be part of a company that makes work feel meaningful and enjoyable.”
